Personal identifiers and contacts (for example, names and contact details, including email addresses)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, if you choose to make an application to join the Tower Hamlets Community Monitoring Group.
We will use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to arrange interviews and progress the recruitment process.
If you are successfully recruited onto the CMG, we may share this information with other members of the Tower Hamlets Stop and Search Community Monitoring Group.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful base we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting thcmg@protonmail.com
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We will keep your name and contact details for three months after you make an application to join the Tower Hamlets Community Monitoring Group. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your application and removing it from our systems.
